Paul Hawkins, Government Contracts Attorney, Reaves GovCon Group – Paul is a Government Contracts attorney with Reaves GovCon Group in Chesapeake, Virginia. Paul’s business and commercial law practice focuses on helping government contractors successfully navigate the various regulatory and statutory issues they face on a daily basis.
