NAVIGATING VIRGINIA SWAM AND DBE REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTRACTORS
Wednesday, September 25 | 11:30AM – 1:00PM | Lunch provided
As a Virginia SWaM and/or DBE certified company, you are poised to receive massive benefits! Additionally, large prime contractors carry serious compliance obligations to ensure they are meeting SWaM and DBE contract goaling. Join Government Contracts Attorney, Paul Hawkins, to learn how to receive and (importantly!) maintain certification in these programs and how to ensure program compliance on state and local projects. A lot of information here for prospective and current Virginia SWaM/DBE contractors, as well as large primes with projects that carry SWaM and/or DBE goals!
