, Founder, Amediate, LLC – Sharon is a facilitator & curriculum designer for Amediate, LLC, which provides intervention services, including focus group facilitation, assessment, and her signature core Leadership for the Learning Organization (LLO) adaptive six-to-eight module series in such areas as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), implicit bias and harassment prevention as well as foundational HR services. She brings nearly 30 years of experience investigating formal and informal allegations of discrimination under EEOC regulations. Sharon trains employee relations professionals on crucial skills to investigate internal complaints. She believes that prevention efforts are the best way to avert the disruptive impact that communication avoidance can leave behind.
