SPEAKERS Tiffani Weathers is a dynamic professional with over a decade of construction and safety management experience, starting her career as an electrical apprentice in 2005. Tiffani transitioned over to safety in 2008 where she served as a site safety technician for site-specific government projects. Currently serving as the corporate safety director for Comfort Systems of Virginia, Tiffani oversees safety protocols, ensures regulatory compliance, and fosters a culture of safety excellence across multiple locations.
