SPEAKER
Bryan Jones, President of Construction and Partner with Hourigan
Bryan joined the firm in 2016 with an impressive record of national leadership positions, including the role of president for a supply chain logistics firm and an e-commerce retail business. During his tenure, Bryan led strategic planning efforts, oversaw enhancements to the workplace culture, and helped each company successfully transition to the next stage of growth.

A decorated veteran, Bryan previously served in logistics management as a Supply Corps Officer after his graduation from the U.S. Naval Academy with a degree in mechanical engineering. He received his master’s degree in management from the Florida Institute of Technology. Prior to his appointment as President, Bryan served as Chief Administrative Officer at Hourigan. Under his leadership, the firm has received numerous awards including ENR’s 2021 Mid-Atlantic Contractor of the Year, a 2022 Top 400 National Contractor and Fortune’s 2022 Best Workplaces in Construction™.

Bryan’s people-first approach also extends into the community where he has served on the board of the Virginia Council of CEOs and as chair of the Children’s Museum of Richmond. Currently, he serves on the Regional Leadership Circle for Greater Richmond Partnership and as a board member for First Tee of Greater Richmond. His active community involvement is indicative of his strong desire to make a difference. Bryan is also a volunteer baseball, basketball, and softball coach. Both on and off the field, he excels in personnel management, logistics, and strategic planning. He’s also actively involved in the lives of his children, Peyton and Ryleigh, and his wife of over 25 years, Stephanie.
