As a business professional, you are being judged not only on your performance, but also on your presence. People form an impression of others within seconds of meeting them. The real question isn’t whether you will create an impression but rather, what impression will you create? In this session, you will learn how to achieve equal business stature and tips on how to avoid being treated as a vendor, or subservient to the customer. You’ll learn that presence is not something you are born with; rather, it’s something you can develop through awareness and practice.

Robin Green is the Owner and President of Ascend Performance, Inc., powered by Sandler. He works with companies in a variety of industries develop proven and reliable methodologies to grow revenue. Robin serves clients from across the United States, the United Kingdom, and India. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and trade organizations on the topics of sales, communication, and leadership topics. Robin is a native of West Virginia, graduated from the University of Tennessee, and has lived in Chesterfield, VA for the past 21 years. He and his wife Monica have been married for nearly 31 years and they have two children; Hannah, who lives in Clarksville, TN and works in Education Technology and Casey, a student-athlete who is a graduate student at the College of William & Mary.
