The ability to effectively get your point across in meetings, one-on-one conversations, presentations, and team collaboration is critical to success in the construction industry. In this workshop you will learn to analyze and engage your audience, develop techniques to make your message clear, reduce nervous behaviors, answer questions effectively, and develop presentation tools for large groups.

Cheryl Browne, Creative Brand Manager, W.M. Jordan Company – With 34 years of experience in the construction industry, Cheryl Browne, CPSM, enjoys helping people and organizations grow and thrive. As Creative Brand Manager for W. M. Jordan Company, Cheryl helps maintain the brand image through marketing communications and programming. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Waldorf University and is a Certified Professional Services Marketer through the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS.) She is also a member of SMPS and the American Marketing Association.
